If you follow my Instagram story at all, then you would know that I am big into healthy eating! As a self-proclaimed #FitFam and #Foodie, I’ve decided to start a mini YouTube series called Unethical Vegan.
The dream (diet-wise) is to one day be a vegan. But I don’t think I could ever give up wearing leather shoes (I know, so bad). Although I’ve eliminated red meat, eggs and other dairy products from my diet, I still heavily rely on chicken and turkey as a protein source to make my gains – hence the unethical part.
Who knows, maybe some day I will fully commit to a plant-based diet! But for now, here is a day in the diet of a moderate health nut! 🙂
